Where is The Domain at Columbia located?
The Domain at Columbia is located at 3100 E. Stadium Blvd., Columbia, Missouri 65201. It’s within a mile of the Mizzou campus with free shuttle service.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available on site.
When does the shuttle run?
The shuttle runs during normal business hours to campus, and we run a late-night route Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
What floor plans do you offer?
The Domain at Columbia offers one-, two-, and four-bedroom luxury apartments and townhomes.
Do your apartments come furnished?
Yes, the apartments are fully furnished.
What does rent include?
Rent includes access to all of our amazing community amenities and all utilities — water, cable, electricity, and Internet. Electricity usage has a green cap of $30.
How long is my lease?
The lease is a 12-month term.
Do I have to be a student to live here?
No, you do not.
Can I use my financial aid to pay rent?

What is the process of matching roommates?
Simply fill out the roommate-matching questionnaire online when you sign your lease. We will then use that information and match you to your future roommates.
What is an individual lease?
An individual lease is a per-bed lease. You sign up for an individual room in the apartment and you share the common area with your roommates. You are not financially responsible for one another.
Do you allow subleasing?
We do allow subleasing or room reassignments. For specific information, please call or come by the office any time and we will be happy to provide you with details.
When do I move in?
We are currently pre-leasing for mid-August.
How do I apply for an apartment?
You can complete the entire leasing process using our online portal. Log on to the online leasing portal where you can fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, your roommate preferences form, and finally, the lease for your new apartment!
