Maintenance Tips

Do you have any questions about something in your apartment? For questions on utility overages, please call Conservice at (866) 254-4577.

When adjusting your thermostat, make sure your fan is on the auto position; this will help reduce your utilities. You can push the hold button on your thermostat to keep the temperature constant. If something is broken, please feel free to contact us. Maintenance requests can be submitted online through your resident portal at http://studentlivingcolumbia.com/thedomainatcolumbia/residents. Please provide as much detail as possible to assist our maintenance techs in completing your work order as quickly as they can.

Just a friendly reminder that your next rent installment is due October 1. The late fee policy at The Domain at Columbia is $25 on the 5th of the month, and an additional $5 for every day it is late after the 5th.

Locked out of your apartment, neighbors being loud, or have an emergency? Please call Signal 88 for emergencies only! Just call (573) 234-3864, follow the prompt, and click for the courtesy officer.

Having internet or cable troubles? Call Airwave Networks at (877) 778-9283 to set up an appointment with one of their great technicians.

Be sure to check your calendars for the experiences planned this month! If you have any ideas for events you might like, please let your Community Assistant know.

Happy October!

We hope you’ve had a good start to the semester! Everyone should be settled in by now and ready to take on the school year. October will be packed with events and a special Resident Appreciation Week planned from October 2–6, so be sure to look at the events section in this newsletter.

Renewal rates and new lease rates are ready! Please stop by the front desk so we can answer any questions you have in regard to renewing your lease — we’re happy to help.

Get involved. Get ahead.

Did you know students who are involved outside of the classroom are more successful in their academic pursuits? If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to find opportunities to get involved on campus and in the local community. Your campus’ student activities office is a great place to start to find out about clubs, organizations, and campus events. You can also connect with our team to find ways to get connected. Whether it’s the chess club or intramural football, or volunteering at a local shelter, we would love to help you find ways to get involved both at your Campus Advantage community and on campus.

How are we doing?

Have you filled out your resident satisfaction survey yet? Please take a moment to let us know how we’re doing and get a chance to win a $1,000 or $500 gift card! Simply visit http://ratemy.community. We are always working to improve your experiences!
